I've rented cars abroad many times, but this was the first time I encountered an issue during return. They first checked the front windshield and underside of the car and then found some damage, which they photographed and showed me. Fortunately, I had full insurance, so the claim process was fast. However, it felt a bit like a setup because we didn't inspect the underside when picking up the car, only the exterior. I also don’t recall any incidents during the trip. Next time, I'll make sure to use my phone to check underneath the car when picking it up. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and the car was in great condition.

Business starts at 8 AM, the process was very smooth. They didn't particularly mention additional insurance or try to sell it. Note! The rental company does not include the Hungarian highway toll fee. They also informed us on-site about the cross-border requirements. We paid €12 for the Hungarian vignette and €50 for the cross-border fee.
