Overall, I am very satisfied.

Service was pretty good. However, they required me to pay a deposit of 800 euros this time. Last time, I was able to prepay a deposit of 300 euros. Not sure why it wasn't the same this time.

On pick up we were charged an extra 100 euro Unsure of why but were told this would be refunded within days of car return.Still no refund 4 weeks later despite phone calls and emails to car hire company

It wasnt easy to find the car rental area. Once there it wasn't obvious that you could self check in so wasted time in a queue. But the service at the desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great car - offered an automatic but they happily changed to a manual on request. No guidance on how the car works so you need to take time to check it all out before setting off. No instruction about drop off other than on the paperwork and difficult to find on satnav Drop off points clearly signed at airport and process 5mins max

The online booking process was simple to use, prices were clear and plenty of options
