We were the only customers, yet we had to wait 15 minutes before he slowly came over to assist us without even greeting us. He noticed we had purchased full insurance from the rental company but spent another 20 minutes trying to sell us a $139 SunPass. While processing our paperwork, he kept making personal phone calls, making it difficult to understand what he was saying. We arrived at 11:20, but only managed to get the car the following day.
