Very satisfied, excellent service, the experience was great.

The counter only checked the document issued by QEEQ, ignoring my notarized Hague Apostille. Europcar's system is mediocre; the address, phone number, and email all need to be handwritten. After explaining that I had purchased all the insurance before departure, the counter did not push additional insurance, which is a good practice among major car rental companies nowadays.

The car is brand new. The service is good.

There was a line at pick up, it was well organized with the take-a-number system but still took about 30 minutes.

It was easy to book the rental and everything was ready when we arrived, very well done.
