Very good experience, the entire rental process went smoothly. During the trip, the plastic underbody panel came loose, so we drove back to the rental location. The staff, a guy from Northeast China, immediately lifted the car and fixed it without questioning whether it was our fault. It was absolutely fantastic!

Staff were helpful and nice, the whole process was efficient. Car was ok but could have been newer, as it had more than 100k km on the clock.

Extremely satisfied. After renting cars abroad many times, this is the most attentive rental company I've encountered.

I chose to rent a gasoline car from Europcar, but the Auckland location only had electric cars available. During our two-day trip, we found six charging stations, but only two of them worked; the rest were either out of order or required a local SIM card for payment. We spent at least four hours charging the car, causing us to miss our return flight. This is just for reference for future travelers.

The staff at car pickup were very responsible and even took us for a spin to get familiar with the vehicle and right-hand drive!
