Returning the car was quick and convenient.

The rental indicated that it can carry 3 luggages and maximium 7 persons. I would suggest that it can only handle 3 hand carried luggages. My expectation was I rent a 7 seaters car with only 6 peoples including driver, it should have 1 seat left, we had 2 luggages and 2 hand carry luggages. it should fit in. We can put our additional bag for notebook.

Please specify the luggage to large and small in size for rental consideration.

Car booked was very old. I was expecting new car however 10 year old car which was driven more than 90k km was given. Car didn’t have auto lock or mobile charging or navigation facilities. At the time of arrival there was no body present at the counter. A boy came 15 minutes later who did not speak English & was bit rude.

A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!
