The male staff member at the pickup was too old, didn't speak Chinese, and his English was poor. It took a long time and the experience was not good. The rental cost was around 9000 THB for six days, much more expensive than I expected. There's also a 5000 THB pre-authorization that I don't know when it will be refunded; if not, it's a scam. When returning the car, I drove from Bangkok to Don Mueang Airport, but it took more than an hour to reach their office from the airport. It was very confusing! There were no gas stations nearby, and with half a tank left, they charged me 800 THB for fuel. Plus, there was a small scratch on the door for which I was charged 1500 THB, which I accepted. Next time, I will try to choose a rental company located inside the airport.

The return instructions were unclear and didn't specify where to return the car.

My flight landed about 11.15pm, manage to get the car by 11.45pm. Good service provided, car in good condition and clean. We return the car at town, but stuck in heavy traffic. Reached the center about 10 minutes late but the staff still Waiting for me without charged. I’m appreciate it so much. Thank you so much. Definitely Will back to eurocar again!

First time using this apps, cheapest price in town. Apps have reminded service, provide the pick up and drop off instructions and directions. Love it so much.
