The car was fine, but the pickup location had significant issues. I will never choose this company again.

Terrible experience. The process was slow, and they kept finding ways to charge extra fees. Returning the car was extremely difficult to locate. The additional charges were reported to the rental platform, but they just kept saying they would look into it without issuing a refund.

The pickup location is inside the airport, but after issuing the document, they just instruct you to find their staff in the parking lot by yourself. It took a long time searching different parking levels and zones before I had to go back and confirm the location again. Additionally, the car's condition was poor, with numerous scratches, an unusual engine noise, and no windshield washer fluid.

The service was excellent, and both pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly.
