There was no queue upon arrival, the process took about 15-20 minutes. The staff was meticulous and explained unclear matters thoroughly.

The pickup location is inside the airport, but after issuing the document, they just instruct you to find their staff in the parking lot by yourself. It took a long time searching different parking levels and zones before I had to go back and confirm the location again. Additionally, the car's condition was poor, with numerous scratches, an unusual engine noise, and no windshield washer fluid.

The service was excellent, and both pick-up and drop-off processes went smoothly.

Very simple and convenient, the price is reasonable, and the car provided was very new.

Overall acceptable, but the car was changed at the last minute.
