We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

What I should right about my experience, they are the worse and also make you pay more by showing all the different expenses and also doesn't give the car even if we denied it. So never ever going to rent a car from them nor recommend any one to do so. I can't comment or rate the experience in the car since I didn't used one. So give and option to chose service not received at all.

They require you to take the insurance to get a car. That’s a added $22 per day. This costed almost double the car rental fee. They have 4 insurance company’s they work with all the others you need to the insurance. Please see photo of sign
