Very satisfied, but it took 2 hours to pick up the car.

The queueing time during car pickup was very long, and they kept trying to sell additional services. When returning the car, I handed the keys to the rental company staff, but they insisted that I hadn't returned the keys and arbitrarily charged $250. The total rental cost wasn't much, but they still charged me arbitrarily.

The car was too dirty and old, and they couldn't provide the reserved model. Poor experience.
