Therefore, they should ensure either Chinese-speaking staff or Chinese rental contracts in collaboration with local businesses to make sure customers fully understand the contracts they sign.

This company scammed us by saying toll roads cannot be paid with cash and cannot be avoided. They tricked us into renting an eToll, costing us $104.98. Later, we discovered that tolls could be paid with cash and, most importantly, could be avoided. In the same area, we exchanged cars and did not rent an eToll. Instead, we used Google Maps to successfully avoid toll roads. If it weren't for the company's staff firmly claiming that toll roads couldn't be avoided, we wouldn't have rented the eToll and wouldn't have wasted this money.
