They upgraded my vehicle, and I believe this is one of the best cars in Thailand.

This is the third time I've rented a car from them in Chiang Mai. It's very convenient, the cars are clean, and the experience is pleasant.

The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

Extremely satisfied with this car rental. Initially rented a Mitsubishi Pajero, but the company at the airport provided us with a new Toyota FORTUNER that had only 5000 km on it. The inspection was quick, and picking up and returning the car was very convenient. I would choose this company again next time in Chiang Mai!
