Horrible service by Easirent car Service while bookiing is way easier and smooth .

Getting shuttle to and from airport was guick. Staff very courteous and friendly. I had no problems. The car was clean and very nice. I would definetly recommend and use again on my next trip.

The window washing fluid was empty. Inside of the front windshield was dirty.

The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had to call 2 times and wait for ~1 hour for pickup. Drop off back to the airport was another 3 min wait. Not acceptable.

Car was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, scrapped up, Poor maintenance, 2 tires needed 5-10lbs air each day. Counter staff unorganized, car turn around took almost 1 hr, and waited at airport for 1 hr to be picked up. Seats and interior so dirty we cleaned in ourselves and purchased blankets to sit on. Tank was near zero.
