Picking up the car was very convenient, it's just right there. But they didn't recognize the insurance we bought on QEEQ and scared us into buying their insurance for over $100.

Staff at the Tel Aviv desk were extremely slow and not very helpful. I had to queue for around an hour to be served. Then the man serving me didn't tell me the car required an immobiliser code. So after dragging all my luggage to the car, I found it wouldn't start, so had to go all the way back to the desk to have the immobiliser code explained, then go back to the car again. In total it took about 90 minutes meaning I was driving to my destination in the dark.

I got the car with full tank of petrol and been told to return it empty. As written in the rental agreement. However when I returned it, they told me to fill it up because it’s empty. As I was in a hurry to catch the plane, I filled it up quickly just next to the drop off point, but after that checking the agreement I can see it’s stating to return the car with empty tank. Would it be possible to get it refunded?
