Smooth car pickup

Very long wait time for pickup. Otherwise, service was great!

Helpful staff, didn't wait long and gave a nice upgrade.

Very easy booking platform. Original booking was rejected. Easyrentcars called me immediately before I even realized. Rebooked with a different company and went smooth.

Staff at the Tel Aviv desk were extremely slow and not very helpful. I had to queue for around an hour to be served. Then the man serving me didn't tell me the car required an immobiliser code. So after dragging all my luggage to the car, I found it wouldn't start, so had to go all the way back to the desk to have the immobiliser code explained, then go back to the car again. In total it took about 90 minutes meaning I was driving to my destination in the dark.

I had to wait a long time (an hour) for a car even though I had made a reservation. And they wouldn't give me an upgrade. The car I got wasn't serviced had an empty tank of gas and was very dirty.
