Overall, I am quite satisfied with the rental company. Although it is a bit far from the airport, when you reach the P2 parking lot, you'll find a small yellow shuttle with the rental company's logo to pick up customers. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the rental office, where the process is efficient. The cars are relatively new, very comfortable to drive, and it's convenient to refuel, as there are clear instructions on the fuel cap about which type of fuel to use. However, the only downside is the mandatory insurance purchase. Even though I already bought insurance through QEEQ when booking, I still had to buy it again. In the future, I will only purchase basic insurance on QEEQ.

There was a fuel deposit of 134 euros. After refueling the car and returning it, the staff said everything was fine and there were no issues, but the deposit was never refunded.

Counter staff helpful. Tried to sell extra insurance but did not persist when I said I already had collision damage waiver. Helped set up sat nav in English. Car was dirty and the back covered in big patches of dried on bird dirt.

Price drop was easy and saved me a little .

We had a very good experience all round. Amazingly cheap and very easy process to collect and drop off the car. I especially liked the Centuro staff. We left our duty free bottles in the car hire office and they were so honest, they called us the next day and said they would hold the bag for us. Very happy
