受付カウンターで車のランクアップと保険の追加を勧められた。人数と全ての荷物を見せたが、予約している車は小さ過ぎると言われた。私は問題ない事を知っていたので、ランクアップしなかった。不要な追加料金を払わされそうになった。とても不信感。地下の車を受け取る所に行くと、男性スタッフ1人で受付と「あなたの車これです。」と説明をしていた。車を受け取るまでに、30分以上もかかった。多数の客も私と同じく怒っていた。スタッフ不足だと思う。次回はレンタカー会社をdollarにしません。

The queueing time during car pickup was very long, and they kept trying to sell additional services. When returning the car, I handed the keys to the rental company staff, but they insisted that I hadn't returned the keys and arbitrarily charged $250. The total rental cost wasn't much, but they still charged me arbitrarily.
