Worst experience. Tried to save money with the app. But actually cost double when compared with Budg

Brilliant service and fantastic car. Would use again and again - better than on airport rental company experiences.

Counter times were awful. Very slow moving considering many of your cars are rented around flight schedules. When I got into the car I realize that there was less than half a tank of gas - but couldn't go back due tot already being behind schedule from getting the car. The girl at the counter told me that I had to bring it back filled 7/8 full... So I ended up putting in basically almost a half a tank of gas that I didn't get to use and paid extra for. I brought it to their attention at checkout and nothing was done.

Great job on booking the car. No issues at all with the website.

Showed employee insurance with credit card company. They wanted proof from my car insurance company or $20.00 day extra

Like: I stayed at westgate resort and had a great. Lots of developments. The water park was perfect and fun parks within 20 minutes drive.
Dislike: Need more service staff. The waiting was too long at pick up. After my delayed flight it was too tiring to wait hm30 mins for pick up.

Like: The rental price was awesome and we received the model car we were expecting. Really appreciated the shuttle service too! Very efficient.
