Convenient and efficient. Pickup and drop-off are at the same location, and both domestic and international pickups and drop-offs are possible.

The upgrade gave us a much larger car, which took some getting used to.

Communication was terrible. The interactions with the rental platform were shocking, and a relatively simple issue wasted over 3 hours of my time, leaving me very disappointed. Although the staff were very polite and genuinely tried to help, their competency was truly questionable.
