Because of comparisons with other rental companies previously: fast service, new vehicles, high tire quality; however, the waiting time for car return was long, and the vehicle condition was average.

We were the only customers at that time, but the speed in Thailand is generally quite slow...

When we picked up the car, the rental staff gave us a neck pillow, saying it was a gift. However, upon returning the car, they told us it was just for our use! We said that their colleague had mentioned it was a gift, and we had left it in the villa in Pattaya. Then he said his colleague meant it was for our use. What does 'gift' even mean? If it's for our use, just say so, don't say it's a gift! Also, I rented a 12-seater car, so why not give us 12 pillows to use! Clearly, they just want to make us pay extra. In the end, we had to trouble a friend in Pattaya to mail it back to the airport! I will never use this rental company again!

I have asked for late return, the staff in Suwannaphum airport did not provide me this service.
