After explaining that I had purchased all the insurance before departure, the counter did not push additional insurance, which is a good practice among major car rental companies nowadays.

There were staff guiding us at Lisbon Airport, and we only waited for about 10 minutes.

Although you gave me a similar vehicle, however, it's space is much smaller than the vehicle I booked. It makes us very inconvenient.
