Chinese language service is quite convenient. However, they promised to confirm in advance for after-hours returns, but no one was available when returning the car. I had to try my luck at another return location, luckily there was staff on duty.

I missed the confirmation reply due to lack of signal, and when the flight was delayed, I couldn't reach the store. Even their internal system personnel couldn't contact them. Later, the staff at the store told me they were off duty and wouldn't answer calls. It was very frustrating. The car was an older model SUV with numerous scratches, which their staff photographed extensively. I feel that international car rental companies with airport locations are more reliable.

Overall, it was just average, nothing special.
