Great service. Due to an issue with the driver's credit card, we needed to change the driver temporarily. The staff at the location were very patient in handling this for us, although adding an additional driver incurred a fee. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Like: They do not push you to buy the insurance at all.
Dislike: Nothing.

Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank.
Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
