I got the wrong car (Qasqai 5 seats, not Hyundai 7 seats), The tank was totally empty, 58 l diesel

We did not get the 9-seater car we reserved; instead, we got two small cars. Couldn't find the office for return, and the provided phone number was incorrect and unreachable. Giving an average rating because the rental company finally picked up the car from us.

Initially, we scheduled to return the car at 12:45 PM online, but later revised it over the phone to 11:30 AM. However, the staff did not arrive at the airport parking lot until 12:30 PM, making our 2:45 PM flight extremely rushed. We almost missed the boarding.

They were late when we picked up the car. We waited for more than an hour. Returning the car was even worse as no one showed up, and they didn't answer the phone. We had no choice but to leave the car in the parking lot and the keys inside, otherwise we would've missed our flight.

J’ai perdu ma journée à cause de l’attente pour trouver le véhicule et la la livraison 3 heures . J’ai réservé un dockker 4p il m’ont donner une petite clio???? J’ai refusé et à partir de là ça commence le retard. Imaginez vous je viens du Canada avec ds petit enfants puis nous attendions 3 heures dans le stationnement de l'aéroport du Casablanca pour mon véhicule en question?

Had to look around and ask 3 to 4 people where they were located . They were in the car park but there was no visible sign , maybe a sign 10/12 ft high up so people can see where to go . Also drop off location was quite difficult to find . Overall booking and car was good .
