The customer service delivered the car to the airport on the scheduled time. Although our flight was delayed for over 20 minutes, the rental company staff met us at the airport terminal and accompanied us to the parking lot to pick up the car.

Speaks English, easy to communicate. The car is in good condition with only 20,000 kilometers. When picking up the car, a 14,000 AED pre-authorization was processed, and upon returning, they briefly inspected the vehicle and immediately released the pre-authorization.

Then they took us to the company to complete the rental procedures. The entire process was smooth. The company also informed us about driving precautions and how to handle unexpected situations.

Extremely terrible! The worst of the worst! A reminder for anyone renting a car from this company: when picking up the car, make sure to record a full video covering the store, staff, and the dashboard showing the fuel level. When I picked up the car, the fuel level was clearly at 3/8, but the rental agreement stated 4/8. I thought it was just one bar and didn't argue, but when refueling upon return, the cost was almost as much as a full tank. That missing bar just couldn't be filled up, which made it feel like the rental company rigged something. Upon returning the car, they even showed me a random photo claiming the tank was full at pickup, which was laughable. After a lengthy argument, I ended up paying the price for not having taken photos and videos myself. Not recommended – unscrupulous company!
