At this point, I noticed she grabbed her backpack, seemingly ready to clock out. I asked if she could assign another staff member to assist us since she was eager to leave, but she insistently refused, displaying a hostile attitude. Eventually, she completed part of the procedure and passed it on to another staff member before leaving for the day. During all of this, I want to express special gratitude to the Zuzuche customer service team for staying on the line with me throughout, promptly providing patient and thorough guidance in addressing the issues. They uploaded my rental contract for verification to ensure there were no unreasonable charges.
