We rented a 7-seater van, but this rental company initially gave us a 9-seater without informing us beforehand. After spending a lot of effort locating the car, we found out it was a 9-seater. The vehicle was quite large, and we had never driven something that size before. We went back to the staff to request a replacement, but they said there were no 7-seaters available. We insisted on canceling the rental, and then they asked us to wait while they checked again. After about half an hour, they said they had found a 7-seater by chance. It wasn't until the end of our trip that we realized the 9-seater couldn't even fit into underground parking lots because of Germany's strict parking size regulations. Overall, we were not very impressed with this rental company.

Overcharged

The process was fast, but the car was very different from what I booked. I reserved a BMW X5 but got a Ford Explorer. I’m not sure if these are considered the same class, but the price difference is substantial, which seems off.

Couldn't rent a car, they didn't recognize the international driver's license from the rental company! It was a disaster.

Dislike: I booked a BMW X1, but was given a Ford Edge. Later found out that the Ford was not cleaned before handed to me. Also, the petrol tank was empty.
