The Tamra store should have known that my flight KA325 would arrive in Jeju after their closing time at 08:00 PM on 22/06, but they still accepted the order. This led to me having to take a taxi to the hotel that night and then another taxi to the airport the next day (23/06) to pick up the car. The time and money I lost should be compensated by both you (ZuzuCar and Tamra).

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

They have English speaking customer service. No English GPS for small cars but Tamra has informed to download Naver via whatsapp days before arrival. Overall, very good experience.

Didn’t read the fine prints, but I thought I was receiving a full tank car. Received only with quarter in the tank, and told to return it on the same level. The GPS given was in local language and we were not given any instructions on how to use it which I finally figure out on the third day of my rent.

At point of booking we noticed on booking confirmation that a deposit of USD500 - 3000 may be required. However it was not collected. The amount of the required deposit is above my expectation and we do not have sufficient fund for that.
