Order processing and counter service were quick, the car model was upgraded for free, and the staff were enthusiastic. I have a long history and rich experience in renting cars in Europe, so I am giving an objective evaluation of this service.

Alamo shares a counter with Europcar, so we handled the rental process with Europcar. As our English isn't very good, communication with the front desk was challenging. However, the staff were very patient and explained everything clearly. Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient, and there were staff on site to assist us, making our trip in Lisbon, Portugal very enjoyable.
