You usually don't get the car you reserved. I booked a Mercedes-Benz E-Class wagon but was given an Alfa Romeo. The Alfa Romeo has no other major issues, but the front bumper radar sensor is blocked by the license plate, which is not securely fixed. When driving, the license plate shakes, causing frequent false alerts. It's pretty frustrating.

There were quite a few people in line at the airport, but the order was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly! The process and car pick-up were very smooth!

There were so many car models available, they almost took up an entire floor. As expected from the top company. They provided a diesel car, which saved money. Thumbs up!

The originally reserved BMW 3 was not available, but they replaced it with a sporty Jaguar, which was great.

The return location details are unclear, especially for out-of-town returns. It's best to ask for clarification when renting the car.
