Very satisfied, everything went smoothly. We had an accident where someone else hit us, but since we were rushing to catch a flight, we didn't handle it and just left. They handled the car return without any questions. Love it! From now on, I will always buy full insurance and recommend everyone to get full coverage as well. Driving in unfamiliar places can be risky.

Extremely satisfied. At around 3:00-4:00 AM, the staff proactively contacted me. We waited for our luggage for almost half an hour, and they waited there too with a very good attitude! When returning the car, it was busy, but the staff's attitude was still very good and they even drove us to the hotel. The service was impeccable and I am very satisfied! The car condition are good, easy to fond the booth and staffs are very friendly.. easy to get contact with the staff via wechat.. very helpful..

Like: Free gifts ( bear and water bottles ), air conds is perfect.
Dislike: The GPS is blocking the view, tinted too dark and hard to see during night time
