The car I received was a Nissan Micra. In no way is this car in the same category of a VW Polo.

1. They don't have our Nissan Pulsar car ready when we reach there 2. They offer a smaller Nissan Micra and asked us to return the next day to exchange 3. And they offer an no need to fill petrol offer to us, so we returned the car without fill any petrol 4. They do not open until 8am, so they asked as to return the car at 730am without lock the door and leave the key inside the car

Great car and the person that explained all about the car was super kind and helpful! Very satisfied with everything and would use them again for sure!

The car was ok. It was given to me with 1/10 of gas. Not knowing how much I would need I filled it up. Barely used 2/10 in 4days. It would have been good first to give the car with a full tank, second always give the customer an idea on consumption. Felt ripped off at the end

Ok. There should be an alert on condition of cars

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I visited Kefalonia with my girlfriend and rented a car here for 2 days. We were offered 50 Euro insurance but declined because we had purchased external insurance. The car was inspected by a Europcar team member and scratches and marks were noted. The underside of the car was not inspected. We were EXTREMELY careful when driving around for 2 days. Upon arrival, the car was inspected and we were told that a there was a scratch on the UNDERSIDE of the car and 300 Euros was payable. I can guarantee you that not only did we not cause this scratch, but that the underside of the car was NOT inspected properly in the first instance. When we picked up car had huge scrape down side. Was told not to worry it had already been noted. We then videoed the damage of the car before leaving airport. We go to return the car & lady tells us their is a huge scrape on the side of the car!! We showed her video she said ok... Unaccepetable. & we should have never been given a car with a huge scrape on it it need to be fixed before renting out.
