The originally booked manual Ford Kuga was unavailable, so we upgraded to a brand new Peugeot 5008 automatic with built-in navigation for an additional 200 euros. The vehicle was in excellent condition, allowing us to drive across nine countries and thousands of kilometers without any issues. The car keys were handy—doors automatically locked when we stepped away.

I often rent cars abroad, so I find everything quite normal, just as usual.

The car I got was not the one I reserved.

They always add extra insurance without explanation. It's hard to judge, so I had to buy it. Very expensive.

Pretty good, they even gave me a free upgrade to a Grand Cherokee. The car exchange was smooth as well.
