Since pre-existing scratches on the car are unavoidable, to prevent disputes, I followed QEEQ app's suggestion to take photos and upload them to the app. It's recommended to take close-ups and videos of any existing scratches, including the interior.

Big companies are really good. The paperwork is done at the airport, and the car is picked up next door. The rental and return process is simple and quick. Since we had an 11-day rental period and a lot of luggage, they offered a free upgrade to a bigger car. The car was very new, with just over 20,000 kilometers. The staff were kind and enthusiastic.
