The car arrived on time at the pickup point. However, one staff member was careless and didn’t ask for any registration; just told me to take the car. The fuel tank was only one-third full, and the staff member said it was fine to return it the same way. Later, I felt something was wrong, so I used WeChat to contact a colleague at the car rental company whom I’d spoken to before. He told me to go back and re-register all the documents, but by then I'd already left Jeju City and had to drive an extra 50 kilometers.

Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

ナビが韓国語しかなく、車内でAMラジオが聞けない（電源は入るが、どこの局を選択してもホワイトノイズしか聞こえない）ところが不満だった。 スタッフは片言の英語ながら親切に説明しようとしてくれた。

ポイントの制度がよく分からない。 あるのかもしれないが、貸し出しの問合せを現地から行う為の連絡先を分かりやすくして欲しい。

The handing over and taking over process was very fast and the transaction is very transparent. The customer service was friendly and they are able to communicate in english.

1. Given a car different from one I booked. 2. The car had empty fuel tank, with red warning light. 3. When questioned why empty tank, I was given a foolish verbal explanation by a man (a manager, I think, who is not a local Korean) that there is restriction by the Korean authorities in filling up rental cars. This is really insulting my intelligence, to say the least), just to find an excuse. 4. A requested for the car I booked weeks ago, with full fuel, but was told I need to wait for the car to be available when returned by user.!! 5. Finally after arguing, I was offered a bigger car, not of my choice, with slightly more than a quarter tank. 6. With no choice, I took this car which was difficult for me to drive, and costs me much more in fuel cost. 7. All in all, I had an unpleasant experience upon arrival at Tamra, and it ruined the start of my holiday in Jeju to some extent.
