“BEWARE! Paid for a Golf, offered a smaller Honda Jazz. Forced to pay for an upgrade. Don't take AMEX”

Paid for a VW Golf, given a smaller tin can Honda Jazz and told it is the same category. Forced to pay a lot more for an upgrade to a Peugeot 3008 (Nice car though) They do not have any VW Golfs at the Edgware Road site. They do not take American Express You need a Visa/Mastercard Credit Card with a £1,500 cleared limit. They said they will take upto 4 weeks to release your Credit Card!
