Very fast, almost no waiting time.

This was a very, very poor experience and possibly violated transport safety regulations. Before placing the order, I repeatedly emphasized that I needed a child seat and confirmed multiple times with the rental company. I even canceled a previous SUV booking because that company did not provide child seats and switched to one that did. However, when we arrived at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to pick up the car, the rental company informed us they had no child seats available. They said they have some at their downtown location, a 45-minute drive away without traffic, but it would close in an hour. Given Bangkok's notorious traffic, it was unrealistic to expect us to drive into the city during rush hour and pick up the seat before they closed. We checked the traffic and realized it was almost impossible, so we had to buy a booster seat from a nearby mall and then drive to Hua Hin. The entire process, including communication, took nearly three hours, forcing us to drive to Hua Hin at night. Neither the rental company nor the rental platform tried to resolve the issue; they just passed the buck, treating us like fools. As a long-time user of the platform, I am very disappointed and will reconsider whether to continue using their app. We prefer to rent directly from companies with better service.

The car was brand new, but unfortunately the rental company gave us a brand new vehicle with a red number plate (in Thailand, red plates indicate vehicles that haven't completed the tax process, and can only be driven in specific areas and not between 6 PM to 6 AM), which led to a fine from the police. Due to communication issues, the police didn't provide me with the necessary documents for proving this, and the rental company refused to reimburse the fine. Poor experience.

　QEEQは初めての利用で、Chic Car Rent の車を借りルのも初めて。レンタルしたのは、HONDAのBRV。２０２１年に新車が出ているのに、１７万㎞以上走っている使い古しすぎる車。 　Chic Car Rent は、タイのHONDAのディーラーでで、現行車を扱っているはず。なのに、ここまでボロい車を提供するとは・・・。ガッカリです。 　このボロい車。雨が降ってもワイパーはボロボロで効果なし。ひどい！運転に支障はないものの、ずっと室内はガタガタと異音がして気になる。
