There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.

The car was dirty and not cleaned properly. The windscreen wasn't cleaned properly and was difficult to see through at night. The car condition wasn't great - there were issues with the gear which didn't affect the drive however you could hear sounds when you were turning the steering wheel to the left. The wheel didn't have enough air either. It was a bit of a hassle having to take a shuttle bus from the airport to collect the car. Waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive, and waiting for other passengers took some time.
