Very helpful staff. My car had damage on pick up not on the condition form. I videoed the car and showed them on return and no problem.

Very impressed with QEED. I asked a question about late pick up at velencia airport and received a prompt response with my question answered both by email and a phone call.

I should pay by the take over the amount of 66 eur. It was charged imediatelly.

Pushy staff, tried to make us take out extra insurance for over£200, we had full insurance taken out with easy rent on booking. We explained this but still they tried to make us take out their insurance as well ( we declined) . She then asked us to upgrade the car also and pay a waver of 21 euro to pay for flexi fuel .

It was demanded that I pay an extra €20 on collection because I picked up in terminal, tried very strongly to sell me extra insurance that I did not need !

Like: Receptionist was fabulous, arriving a little later than expected she was understanding and with no hassle proceeded with our booking.
Dislike: The obnoxious young man on return of the vehicle, abrupt no manners and obviously unable to cope under pressure !
