The car rental location in Paris was a bit tricky to find as it was hidden on the lower level of the Louvre. We eventually found it after asking for directions. However, the store offers a wide selection of car models, and most of the vehicles are nearly new.

La climatisation du véhicule ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous étions en été avec des températures élevées. Le véhicule n'était pas équipé d'antenne radio et j'ai payé au final 100 euros de plus par rapport au prix indiqué à la réservation alors que je n'ai pris aucune option.

Service from Hertz in Lille centre was fine once we located the correct office. (see next field). Hertz staff gave us good advice which we heeded, e.g. GPS, auto Versus manual, choice of model. On return of car we forgot to mention to Hertz staff that we noticed one of the reversing lights wasn't working on the Peugout 2008 (FE108FX). I hope they will notice this on their vehicle safety check before
