I declined, saying I could use Google to avoid those routes. After that, the staff stopped talking and their attitude became cold. How can they serve customers like this?

They pointed out a few damaged parts on the car before we left. The parking lot was full of Corollas when we arrived, which felt intentional. It's like they gave us a bad car because we didn’t buy anything extra. I recommend buying directly at the store to avoid headaches. A few days ago, I rented a Mercedes with full insurance from the official EU website and got a free upgrade. Think about it.
