Despite purchasing a full insurance package, both branches charged insurance fees without verification (they didn't even bother to promote it), consumption tax, terminal usage fees, and fuel fees. They also overcharged me for an extra day of rental. The car was not handed over with a full tank of fuel, and although I returned it with more fuel than when I picked it up, they still deducted a fuel fee. The total charges were nearly double the amount confirmed on the platform! This is serious fraud! As a long-time user, this was my worst experience. Please give me a reasonable explanation and solution, Zuzuche platform.

The experience with Hertz was terrible. Do not choose this company. The system is chaotic, and every employee seems clueless about their job. They overcharge without reason, the refund process takes forever, there's no way to file complaints, and nobody takes responsibility. The handover process is extremely disorganized. The car itself had some minor issues. Additionally, they didn't mention any problems when the car was returned, but few days later they claimed there were scratches for which I couldn’t prove the responsibility, and they charged my credit card without my consent. Their actions are extremely unacceptable. Complaining to the rental platform didn’t help at all, still no resolution. Very poor service.

The rental office is right at the exit of the international arrivals hall at the airport, making the car pickup very convenient. The car is parked in a lot just outside the airport, and you can push the luggage cart right to the car. It's very close.

They promised Chinese-speaking service, but there was none when I arrived at the store. Plus, there was only one person at the counter, and the line was very long. We started queuing at around 6 PM local time and there were only 4 people ahead of us. We didn't get our keys until 8:30. The efficiency is incredibly poor, with each pickup taking about 30 minutes on average. Just one person at the counter, and phone calls and returns also affect the efficiency.
