the car was fine but very small Engine for a five seater family car. 1.2L struggled with motorways

Very good and price for value service. EXCEPT the heavy insistance to conclude an optional insurance, which almost doubles the total rental cost!!!

Long wait at collection point despite 5 staff on duty

The staff at the Rhodium ick up desk were very eager to sell the extra insurance even though I stated I had extra cover and therefore was not interested so pick up was long. Returning the car was not a pleasant experience and as a customer you were made to feel that you had to pass some kind of test during vehicle inspection I would not recommend it

Absolutely terrible. Non trained employees. I was told the car is not insured at all and it took me 45 mn to get the keys.

Was good, counter staff very helpful. Think the insurance thing is a bit cheeky really but i get it. Also they didnt know id reserved a car seat. Luckily had brought own anyway as airline said was no extra cost. Should be made clear about huge deposit if you dont take out insurance as i hadnt brought a card with that amount of cash on.
