Picking up and returning the car was very quick and convenient. It would be great if a detailed return route was provided because I got lost near the airport due to unfamiliarity with the area.

The service at the airport location was average. Initially, the staff's English wasn't very fluent, and they seemed somewhat inattentive. However, the lady at the Picton location had a great attitude, was patient, and intentionally spoke slower in English. Kudos to her!
