Todo perfecto, muy buen coche y viaje muy bueno. Lo único fué, que tenía que pagar una cantidad al recoger el coche y tuve que pagar 7,46 euros más. Lo demás, todo perfecto.

The process was handled very quickly.

This car rental company forced us to buy insurance. We told them we had already purchased insurance through the rental platform, but their response was: either buy the insurance or cancel the contract and sign a new one at a different price. We eventually had to negotiate with the platform to refund the insurance and buy their expensive insurance.

Upon arrival, they required an 800 euro deposit. Make sure to check this before renting! It's a trap. Then the staff suggested I pay an additional 30 euros for insurance, reducing the deposit to 100 euros.
