The male staff member at the pickup was too old, didn't speak Chinese, and his English was poor. It took a long time and the experience was not good. The rental cost was around 9000 THB for six days, much more expensive than I expected. There's also a 5000 THB pre-authorization that I don't know when it will be refunded; if not, it's a scam. When returning the car, I drove from Bangkok to Don Mueang Airport, but it took more than an hour to reach their office from the airport. It was very confusing! There were no gas stations nearby, and with half a tank left, they charged me 800 THB for fuel. Plus, there was a small scratch on the door for which I was charged 1500 THB, which I accepted. Next time, I will try to choose a rental company located inside the airport.

Rent Toyota Yaris for 3 days, the car is a very old model, doesnt even have bluetooth system which was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness should be improved, although there is not visible stain or dirt inside, some of the area on front panel, steering wheel and door area felt very sticky, i have to wipe down those area by myself. other than these two issues, car was alright.
