During the process, no additional sales were mentioned, and I didn’t think much about it since I was in a hurry due to customs delays. I just took the receipt and left. When I had time to review it later, I noticed many extra items had been added. I lodged a complaint with Zuzuche, but they said they couldn’t resolve it. They blamed me for not checking the receipt at the time. I argued that I didn’t purchase anything on-site, and having fully prepaid meant I didn’t need to buy anything on the spot. The other side insisted they didn’t sell me anything. I only realized something was wrong when I received a bank notification and got the receipt. How could I have checked the deposit slip in detail then?

There were too many people in line and too few counters, causing a long wait time. I previously rented a car with a Hong Kong driver's license, but this time they said it was not acceptable. Despite presenting recent successful rental records from other companies, they still refused. Eventually, I spoke with a manager, and after one and a half hours, I finally got the car, though reluctantly.

When returning the car, personal items were left inside. Called Hertz service, but nobody responded.

The truck was visibly not well cleaned inside the vehicle at pick up.

I will certainly use EasyRentCars again
