Most of the staff are excellent. A few individuals had some issues.

The car was in excellent condition! The service was also great. It's worth mentioning that the car had a GPS, which helped me navigate out of a construction area. I brought my own GPS from home, but it wasn't as good.

Near Monte Burna train station, right across the road. Use Google Maps to locate it. The store's service attitude is satisfactory, and the explanations are thorough.

We lined up for about fifteen minutes, and the processing took less than ten minutes. Picking up the car was very convenient since the parking lot is just a three-minute walk from the store. The staff in the parking lot explained everything patiently. However, the parking lot near TGV was a bit tricky to navigate as the roads were narrow, so new drivers should be extra cautious.
