Overall satisfied, but the car had quite a few scratches. It's a bit unfortunate for a car with over 40,000 kilometers. Cars abroad are generally better.

The overall process was good, and the car was in great condition, very clean at pickup with no hidden fees. However, the only downside was that when I returned the car, they said there was a small scratch on the tire and that it needed to be completely replaced (nearly 10,000 THB, very expensive as the daily rental rate was only 190 RMB). Honestly, I didn't hit anything during my rental period, so I'm not sure why there was damage. Maybe I missed it when I picked up the car. Fortunately, I had insurance, but it really affected my mood.

Picking up the car in Bangkok was very convenient, but returning it at Chiang Mai Airport was confusing as I had to ask for directions twice to find the drop-off point at Gate 1. The return instructions could really use some improvement.

It's right inside the airport, but it's a very small counter. I was very disappointed to rent a 100,000 km old model car. I can't believe HERTZ still has such an old car. Everything else was good. I don't recommend renting the JAZZ, it's uncomfortable for long drives and not ergonomic at all.
