Thankfully, with the help of WeChat and their Chinese customer service, all these problems were resolved one by one. Overall, I am satisfied. Additionally, a few reminders: First, taking photos when picking up the car is essential to avoid unnecessary issues. Second, gasoline is very cheap in Malaysia, and many gas stations are self-service. You only need to fill up with 50 MYR at a time, as Langkawi is small and doesn't require much fuel. Third, if you are driving on a secondary road and merging onto a main road, you must give way to the cars on the main, as they drive very fast there. Following our domestic driving habits could lead to accidents. Be careful!
